As many of you know, Andrew has dedicated himself over the last several years to restoring old trailers to their former glory, turning his passion and curiosity into a business that has brought so much joy to him and his clients.
Unfortunately, after a tragic car accident, Andrew sustained a spinal cord injury leaving him paralyzed from the neck down and unable to continue his work. This heartbreaking event has led us to make the difficult decision to step away from future projects and close this chapter of our business as we navigate how to move forward in our life with our family and his care needs. While we will not be accepting any new work or inquiries, we remain committed to resolving all existing contracts fairly and responsibly. We ask that you kindly allow us the time to do that, and we will be in touch with each of our current clients individually in the coming days.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and the support you've shown us over the years. It’s been a privilege to bring these vintage trailers back to life, and we are grateful for the trust you placed in us.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
Warmly,
Tiffany Cole
Knuckleberry Custom Trailers
We’re Knuckleberry Custom Trailers and we make happy campers. From vintage campers. Using materials we’re proud of. Come check us out - We’re excited to show you what we’re doing!
If you can imagine it in a camper, we can probably figure out a way to make it happen. From sleek remodeled living spaces to take your family on the road, to an off-grid oasis to get away from it all, to mobile bars, boutiques, and pop-up shops, we’ve got you covered! It’s a personal experience every step of the way, from the initial consultation, to finding the right vintage camper to be the bones for your project (if you don’t already have one), to the plan for your specific design-- each project is as unique as the people it’s created for. And we do it all from our workshop in Thompson’s Station, TN, about 30 minutes south of Nashville.
We only use quality materials. It’s important to us to take the time to source the right materials for each individual project.
We try to source as many materials as we can locally here in the Nashville, TN area. Local artisans and small businesses make our small towns who they are, and we try to support them as much as possible. From tiles to woods to flooring choices, and the behind-the-scenes work in getting a vintage camper ready to be rebuilt from the frame up, attention to detail is extremely important to us. Every camper and project is unique, so we tailor our work to each one.
Learn MoreNo two clients and projects are the same, but one thing we always focus on is making sure the structure of each camper we work on is sound, safe, and solid before we move on to the next stages of the project. That can even be as involved as a complete frame-off rebuild-- we can do it. We work with our clients individually to come up with a plan for their camper that will make it function exactly how they need it to, and for the design to truly be exciting and exceed expectations. We love to get creative and assist our clients in realizing the space of their dreams – on wheels.
